Big Hit Entertainment-The Beginning of BTS Appears
Bangtan Sonyeondan began when the CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, Bang Si-hyuk, met with RM because he was impressed by his rapping talent. At first, Bangtan Sonyeondan was a hip-hop group similar to 1TYM, a YG Entertainment artist.
From 2010 to 2011, BigHit audition for new boyband members. Each participant had to go
through several stages before finally announcing the formation of Jin, Suga,
J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook, and RM as the group leader in 2012.
Six months before their debut, they had
already started to attract attention on various social media sites and cover
songs on YouTube and SoundCloud.
This K-pop boyband was named BTS because it
stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan (Korean). It means "Bulletproof Boy
Scouts."
According to JHope, the name has the concept
that Bangtan Sonyeondan will block stereotypes, criticism, and expectations
that target teenagers like bullets and protect the values and ideals of
today's youth.
In July 2017, Bangtan Sonyeondan received an
additional acronym, namely "Beyond the Scene," as part of their new
identity. The further extension of their name means "BTS are young people
who grow up who go beyond the reality they face, and progress."

later. I just hope that V will stop stealing food while I'm cooking.
- Jin: First of all, there's V. I'm not
kidding. He would sit in the dormitory, then suddenly run around shouting 'HO!
HO! HO!'. V is weird. He's like any other species. Do you know what he was
doing alone in our house? 'Jimin, I love you!! Oops, I can't! Jimin, I love

BTS Rap Line

Very unique! Because that means
half the members are rappers, and the other half are vocalists. This BTS Rap Line often shows a sweet
togetherness, both when performing on stage and backstage.
